* A deposit is required to secure your booking. No deposit no booking.

* Our deposit is Not Refundable but is transferable to another date or can be used to order your grazing box.

* It is the booking clients responsibility to ensure they have a wet weather plan.

* Picnics Naturally reserves the right to refuse setup in wet and severe weather conditions, if these pose a risk to safety or will damage our equipment and hire items.

* Please do not freshly cut your lawn, as this grass will get walked onto our equipment and mats and damage items.

*Please ensure if setup is on private property that all animal droppings are picked up and the area is clean and dry.

*Picnics Naturally can supply a 3 by 3 meter gazebo if required during wet weather for an additional cost of $40.

* Couples picnics have the option of putting their picnic inside our 3 meter bell tent. An additional charge of $100 is charged for the pack up and setup of the tent. 

* If less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation your deposit will Not be Refundable.

* If more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given a full refund will be given or alternatively your deposit can be transferred to another booking date.

* Please ensure you notify Picnics Naturally of your wet weather plan. You must give   at least 4 hours notice of change of location. 

* Picnics Naturally can set up in any park or council run beach in the shoalhaven. We do not have permission for National Parks beaches and cannot setup inside Booderee National Park. ( this includes Greenfield's beach as this is a national park beach)

*We primarily set up in areas around Jervis bay however travel as far as Berry down to Sussex Inlet can be arranged with an additional travel fee.

* Hyams Beach can only be an option during non peak periods or for sunrise picnics. This is due to parking and accessibility to the site. During peak periods this beach can be cut off not allowing any traffic in when the area gets too full.

* The Cove  has difficult access to the beach and picnics can only be setup at this location on low tide, due to access for the equipment setup and pack up. The Cove does not allow Picnics Naturally to setup on their grounds as an alternative to the beach.

* Please ensure you take your rubbish with you and dispose of it responsibly. located in the clear container you will find a rubbish bag to help you dispose of your rubbish properly.

* All breakages or damages to to equipment will be charged at replacement cost or cost to clean or launder.

* Picnics Naturally is fully council approved and insured. We are a registered covid safe business and do have a check in code when using our business. Please ensure all your guests follow the latest advice from NSW health.

* If you are sick or have flu like symptoms please do not attend, we can offer you an alternative date for your picnic.

*Picnic locations must be setup within 50 meters of parking or a loading zone.

* Large picnic locations: due to the size and amount of equipment needed for these setups the following Location options are available. White sands park, Moona Creek Reserve, Plantation Point Reserve and Blenheim Beach.

*Picnics on  private properties please ensure clear access can be given when setting up. This may include moving cars your cars to allow access for a short period of time while unloading.

* It is the clients responsibility to ensure any allergies or food intolerances  are supplied to Picnics Naturally at least 48 hours prior to your picnic.

* In the event you require Picnics Naturally to source other products or foods from other suppliers a charge will be applied for the time spent collecting these items or liaising with other companies. $25 per hour is charged for this service.

* Picnics  Naturally provides grazing food boxes and grazing boards. If you require more elaborate food we do partner with other grazing companies in the area so please ask and we can recommend local suppliers.
